Recruitment and Placement
Providing equal opportunities in the recruitment process is our principle at My Medikal. In parallel with human resources planning, potential candidates are gathered in the candidate pool with the approach of the right person for the right job. Giving priority to all My Medikal employees in job opportunities suitable for their career development and potential within the company and group companies is our personnel selection policy.
A series of selection and evaluation techniques are used to select candidates suitable for positions with defined job descriptions, qualifications, and competencies.

Performance and Career Management
At My Medikal, it is essential to set realistic, ambitious goals expressed in numbers and strive to achieve these goals. Career management planning is based on the periodic evaluation of employees' performance. It is essential to use the feedback of corporate employees as input in improving business processes, and this feedback is shaped through organized communication meetings, suggestion systems, and performance interviews.
In addition to basic competencies according to positions, professional and managerial competencies are also defined, and this study is revised/changed as needed at certain periods. Evaluations in performance and career management are also based on these competencies.

Internship Opportunities
Our company provides internship opportunities to a limited number of students every year during the summer and winter months. Applications for summer internship positions can be made by sending a CV through the job advertisement section on our website between March 15 and April 15. Applications with suitable resumes will be evaluated and selected based on the internship quota. The summer internship is conducted between July and September.

MY Medikal, with its central factory having a closed area of 10,000 m2, continues its production as one of the largest facilities in Turkey in terms of production capacity, and it continues to increase its capacity day by day. Our company is proud to operate with a total of four factories in Izmir and Istanbul. It stands out in the sector by exporting to approximately 40 countries worldwide and continues to grow every day with the solutions it offers to the needs of the era.

MY Medikal designs all its products in line with the needs of the healthcare sector and aims to be the first preferred name in the market by advancing one step further every day in ultra-hygienic production lines.
